At Dillys we believe in creating a great online, hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers so that they love shopping with us as much as they love our products.
Step 1:
Simply contact the Dillys Customer Care Team by writing an email to hello@dillyandcarlo.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Step 2:
Once your request is approved, we will begin processing the exchange order on your behalf.
Step 3:
Our delivery agent will pick up exchange item(s) from your doorstep and deliver the fresh order. You will have to bear the cost of the courier charges.
Exchange Terms and Conditions
- Exchanges are done only within 14 days since the garment is purchased.
- Purchases made at the physical store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the store.
- Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged.
- We do not provide cash backs or refunds.
Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price. If the new item’s value is less than the previous item’s value, the balance will not be refunded.
All items should be new, unused, and with all Dillys brand tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. please provide the original bill and ensure all tags are intact on the item.
The purchased item(s) are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the store. The company requests the customer to ensure that they're packed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to the store.
All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange policy.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case, you will not be entitled for an exchange.
In-case of receiving a damaged item…
- In the event of receiving a damaged garment, the exchange will be done free of charge. The above exchange policy applies.
- A request to replace a damaged item should be made within 7 days since receiving said item.
- All damaged items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request to ensure if the garments are unworn/unused despite of the damage.
