What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank payments, online bank transfers, KOKO, MintPay,, VISA, AMEX and MasterCard.
When will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order!
How do I order a product?
Simply choose your size and quantity, then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can access your Cart at any time by clicking the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. To make a purchase, go to ‘Checkout’ and fill in the information required.
How long does delivery take?

How can I check the status of my order?
Simply check your order dispatch email to track your order.
Can I modify my order after it’s been confirmed?
Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order and we’ll be able to make changes. If your order has been dispatched however, you may refer to our exchange policy.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! Simply contact us and we’ll assist you on the shipping methods in case any issues arise with shipping addresses/shipping costs.
